Do you ever feel stuck in the same patterns—reacting before you even realize what’s happening?
We all develop roles and strategies to cope with stress and stay connected, but over time, those patterns can keep us from the deeper relationships and inner peace we long for.
In this two-part, faith-based workshop, you’ll:
• Understand how your mind, body, and nervous system shape your reactions
• Recognize protective roles—like fixer, caretaker, peacekeeper, or joker—and why they formed
• Learn to pause, slow down, and invite the Holy Spirit to reshape old patterns
• Explore how God renews your mind so you can walk in freedom and peace
Join a small group of women for two live Zoom sessions (two hours each) plus a 75-minute follow-up, with reflective practices between sessions and optional one-on-one support afterward.
